Bhopal, Jan 27 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh's principal opposition Congress alleged on Thursday that an official Republic Day tableau – in Chhatarpur district headquarters – openly used obscene words against sisters and daughters but, instead of being subjected to disciplinary action, it was awarded by the Bharatiya Janata Party dispensation. “The matter pertains to the Women and Child Development Department.
