‘Dhurandhar’ enters Rs 1,000 crore club, becomes highest-grossing Indian film of 2025

New Delhi, Dec 27 (UNI) Bollywood blockbuster, ‘Dhurandhar’, which has been enjoying a phenomenal run in cinemas since its release, has now officially entered the 'Rs 1,000 crore club' at the global box office, making it the biggest grosser for the year 2025.
The Ranveer Singh-starrer has smashed multiple records, surpassing the year’s early blockbusters, ‘Kantara Chapter 1’ and ‘Chhaava.’ While Chhaava earned Rs 807.91 crore worldwide and ‘Kantara Chapter 1’ minted Rs 852 crore globally, ‘Dhurandhar’ crossed the Rs 1,000 crore mark in just 21 days, with total worldwide collections reaching Rs 1,002.7 crore, according to Sacnilk, a movie trade analysis site.
Domestically, the film has also delivered exceptional numbers. In its first 21 days, Dhurandhar earned over Rs 650 crore in India. On day 21, which coincided with Christmas, film raked in Rs 28.60 crore.
During its first week, the film collected Rs 218 crore, followed by Rs 261.50 crore in the second week. Between days 15 and 20, it added another Rs 160.70 crore to its tally.
With a total net domestic collection of Rs 668.80 crore, the blockbuster is now racing towards the Rs 700 crore mark in India. The film has also entered the list of the top ten highest-grossing Indian films domestically, overtaking Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Animal’ to secure the ninth position. UNI MI JRC
