Adani ties up with AIONOS to provide flyers AI-driven personalised multilingual support

MUMBAI, OCTOBER 30 (UNI) Adani Airport Holdings Ltd announced today that it has entered into a partnership with AIONOS to provide an artificial intelligence-driven personalised system to aid air passengers at airports with customised multilingual assistance.
"The AI-driven solution will act as a 24x7 intelligent concierge, helping travellers access flight updates, gate information, baggage status, directions and airport services instantly in multiple languages," the company announced through a press release.
Air passengers will be able to enjoy these services in English, Hindi and other languages, while Adani Airports will be able to communicate with consumers and workers through voice, chat and mobile phones using AIONOS' agentic AI platform.
Adani Airport Holdings Ltd (AAHL) CEO Arun Bansal stated that the new AI system will improve the passenger experience. "With its in-house services like Aviio, Adani OneApp and Airport-in-a-Box, AAHL has been creating a connected ecosystem which will improve efficiency and inclusivity," he said.
Presently, AAHL manages seven airports and will soon begin operations at the Navi Mumbai International Airport. Adani Airport Holdings Ltd (AAHL) is a 100 per cent subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Ltd, the flagship company of the Adani Group.
AAHL is India's largest airport infrastructure company which operates, manages and develops eight airports, including Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Mangaluru, Jaipur, Guwahati, Thiruvananthapuram, besides also holding significant stakes in the Mumbai International Airport Ltd (73 per cent) and Navi Mumbai International Airport Ltd (74 per cent).
The recent addition to AAHL is its Navi Mumbai International Airport which is a public-private partnership between AAHL and the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO).
