Nitish expands his cabinet, seven ministers take oath

Patna, Feb 26 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Wednesday expanded his cabinet, inducting seven new ministers, apparently keeping an eye on next state assembly election to be held in October-November this year.
All Ministers were administered oath of office and secrecy by Governor Arif Mohammad Khan at a simple function organised in Raj Bhavan.
Those who took oath as Ministers are-- Sanjay Saraogi, Sunil Kumar Singh, Jeevesh Mishra, Raju Kumar Singh, Moti Lal Prasad, Krishna Kumar Mantu and Vijay Kumar Mandal.
All newly inducted ministers are from BJP quota in NDA government headed by Nitish Kumar.
Among those who were present on the occasion are-- Chief Minister Kumar, Speaker of Bihar Assembly Nand Kishore Yadav, Deputy Chief Ministers Samrat Chaudhary, other cabinet colleagues and senior officials.
