Jhansi (Uttar Pradesh), Nov 16 (UNI) The postmortem of five newborns out of the 10 infants who died in a massive fire in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) of Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College in Jhansi was conducted on Saturday afternoon and their bodies were handed over to their relatives.
Hospital sources said that a panel of four doctors is conducting the postmortem of all the deceased infants.
It may be noted the children died in a massive fire that broke out in the Neonatal Intensive Care Ward of the Medical College Hospital late on Friday night.
