Moscow, Nov 5 (UNI/SPUTNIK) Russian military intelligence officers are conducting daring raids behind enemy lines and uncovering enemy plans during the special military operation, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday.
"Today, during the special military operation, you operate in dangerous and difficult areas, fight on the line of combat contact, uncover the enemy's plans, conduct daring raids behind enemy lines, and always demonstrate high professionalism, composure, and courage," Putin said in a congratulatory telegram to the personnel and veterans of the Russian Armed Forces' military intelligence service published by the Kremlin.
The president also expressed confidence that Russian military intelligence officers will adequately accomplish all assigned tasks. "Timely intelligence has repeatedly played a key role in strategic decision-making by our country's leadership, helping to maintain strategic parity with leading global powers, and protecting the state's defense capability and its military-political interests, including in various parts of the world," Putin said.
Additionally, Putin thanked Russian military intelligence officers for their honest and impeccable service to the fatherland, their devotion to the military oath, and their selflessness.UNI AAB
